Sam’s Pita and Kabab: Authentic Middle Eastern Halal Cuisine in Riverside

Sam Pita and Kabab is a fantastic spot for a satisfying meal. We ordered the chicken shawarma plate and the chicken kabobs plate both were tasty, hearty and very filling. The hummus was delicious and the salad paired perfectly with the balsamic vinegar. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and personally seated us at a table, which made the experience even nicer. I also noticed a steady stream of to go orders, which is always a good sign. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. Definitely a place I would return to and recommend.

We have wanted to come here for a long time because we heard good reviews from friends. But one thing and another. We finally came, and this is our new favorite Kabob restaurant in the IE. The beef, chicken, and Lamb were amazing. And the side of Falafel was so tender and moist. The hummus was amazing. And the Turkish Coffee and mint tea were delightful. In addition to all that, the service is friendly and hospitable. We will be back soon.

The best Kabab I ever had specially the lamb. The flavor just burst into ur mouth and also food is halal. And their homemade mint lemonade is a must try.

Our first time here dinner and the food have been exceed to our expectations. All of the servers were very kind to their patrons. Lots 9f desserts and drinks. Free parking in the front amd back. We love to support family owned business. That's why Google and Yelp review doesn't lie on this restaurant.

I had a great experience here. The meat and bread were both really fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The Turkish coffee was strong and smooth, just the right finish after the meal. The desert was absolutely amazing, the perfect way to end everything. Overall, very fulfilling and worth every bite. I’ll definitely be coming back.

beautiful interior design, very clean bathrooms, and overall lovely staff. the food is absolutely delicious!! curry chicken kabab vegetables perfectly cooked! accommodating cooks as well to put pickles to the side for the chicken shawarma. We will visit again :)

I visited Sam’s Pita and Kabab in the Corona/Riverside area and had a good experience. The food is good, and the service is fast and friendly. The staff are welcoming and make you feel comfortable. They have tables for 2, 4, and even 8 people, so it’s great for families or groups. The Combo Kebab (3 skewers) and the Falafel Plate are both solid choices fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. If you’re craving Mediterranean food in the area, it’s worth a visit.

Stopped in here after visiting the Bourns Family Youth Innovation Centers makerspace. It was close so we said why not and OMG were we pleasantly rewarded. It was a great meal with even greater desserts! Try the Walnut & Fig baklava and the star item, the Kunafa Pistachio! Can't wait to go back.
